VIS is not known for quality products but rather copies of other companies products. I understand that you have had a good experience and that's great, but many other people have not been as happy. I guess you could say that VIS's quality control varies widely. Also, while many of their products look good at first, they typically degrade faster than their original counterparts. I've seen the clear coat come off their hoods etc. Hopefully you get many great years out of yours. Simply put, many people here would rather not recommend VIS and prefer the original manufacturers of those products.
